Coaching is proving to be one of the most important competencies within leadership development. Organizations are embracing coaching, not only for leadership development, but also as a way for leaders to breed new leaders within the organization and create an atmosphere of empowerment and ownership. Organizations need to foster creativity and innovation while relying more on delegation to act fast. Accordingly, the traditional leadership styles do not support this objective. Leader Coach gives leaders and facilitators the tools and insights into how their impact directly transforms others using relationship. This program is delivered in 4 days workshop format (3 days intermediary 1 day advanced after 90 days) virtual sessions.
