Course Summary
Driving performance across organizations is one of the key areas of focus especially in the changing global market dynamics. Organizations are looking for efficiency. Performance management became the core focus, however, organizations soon found out that performance management is not only about the process of drafting strategies and mapping SMART goals. It is more about how frequently does the manager/leader engage his team members and the quality of that engagement. It is the quality of conversations taking place during meetings that will determine the outcomes. Through Performance coaching, managers will gain the coaching skills necessary to drive the team’s performance through engaging in an empowering discussion to talk about the future rather than being stuck with past and negative events. Through applying the coaching skills, the manager is able to instill a collaborative approach and thus drive team work. The program is delivered in 3 days workshop format supported by virtual sessions. This program offers 24 hours of coaching skills building and best practices for performance management. Participants will take a dive into the coaching core competencies and learn how to reflect them in their performance meetings and apply them at work.
